The AWC Coaching Staff is dedicated to the Mission of the Club.

The Head Coach and Director of Wrestling Operations is Rod Gaddy; an Alabama State Champion who wrestled collegiately for Upper Iowa University. Rod had been coaching for 13 years in Central Alabama and has been a part of 6 AHSAA State Championship Teams. Coach Gaddy has also effectively led AWC to 2 USA Alabama Youth State Championships. Individually Coach Gaddy has developed 10 Collegiate Wrestlers, 12 High School National Champions, 55 Alabama High School State Champions and numerous Youth State Champions.
